Troubleshooting Workstation specific issues

When troubleshooting workstation/user specific issues, here are some things to check:
  • What browser and browser version is the user utilizing?
    • If using Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11, have they tried it with compatibility view turned on?
  • Has the user tried different browsers?
    • Sometimes testing with different browsers will produce somewhat different messages or errors that help to diagnose the issue
  • Are they allowing pop-ups from our website?
    • When you launch an eLearning course it launches the content in a pop-up window, so this is mandatory.
  • Have they checked for the appropriate settings of Java?
